We are professional Will Writers based in Sussex (but operating throughout England and Wales).
We are regulated by the Society of Will Writers HERE (except for Probate work) and carry full Professional Indemnity Insurance for the protection of clients. Unlike some other more general professional bodies, the Society insists that it’s members carry out regular training and updating SPECIFICALLY on the subject of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. If you are talking to other professionals, ask them how much time they personally spend specifically training on these subjects EVERY year and listen to them squirm!
Stephen Pett is Regional Director for Sussex of the Society of Will Writers and runs training meetings at least 10 times a year.
Peter Wallace is the Societies Regional Director for Kent (despite the fact that he lives near Hastings!)
